Return / Exchange Policy:
• Items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund, exchange, or store credit (subject to eligibility).
• All returns must be authorized before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.
• Returned items must be in their original condition—unworn, free of scratches or damage, and with all original packaging, tags.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.
Non-Refundable & Final Sale Items:
Certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective:
• Earrings – Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive defective. This ensures the highest level of cleanliness for all our customers.
• Gift Cards – All gift card purchases are final sale and cannot be refunded.
• Personalized or Customized Items – Personalized or custom-designed pieces are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect in craftsmanship or an error on our part. If you believe your personalized item is defective, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
• Final Sale Items – Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
How to Initiate a Return:
To request a return or exchange:
1. Contact us at contact@ringzandtingz.com or initiate a chat on our website to request a return authorization. If your item is defective, please include clear photos showing the issue.
2. Once approved, securely package the item and include the original packing slip or a note with your order number and reason for return.
3. Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer service team using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit:
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Exchanges will be processed and shipped as soon as the returned item is received and inspected.
• If you prefer, we can issue a store credit instead of a refund, which can be used for a future purchase.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
• Email us within 72 hours of delivery with photos showing the defect or issue.
• If your claim is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label for you to send the item back.
• Once received, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
International Returns:
• International customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, and taxes.
• Refunds will be issued for the item price only, excluding shipping fees and customs charges.
Additional Notes:
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our criteria or show signs of wear or alteration.
