Return / Exchange Policy:

Items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund, exchange, or store credit (subject to eligibility).

All returns must be authorized before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.

Returned items must be in their original conditionunworn, free of scratches or damage, and with all original packaging, tags.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.

 

 

Non-Refundable & Final Sale Items:

Certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective:

Earrings – Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive defective. This ensures the highest level of cleanliness for all our customers.

Gift Cards – All gift card purchases are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Personalized or Customized Items – Personalized or custom-designed pieces are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect in craftsmanship or an error on our part. If you believe your personalized item is defective, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Final Sale Items – Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.


How to Initiate a Return:

To request a return or exchange:

1. Contact us at contact@ringzandtingz.com or initiate a chat on our website to request a return authorization. If your item is defective, please include clear photos showing the issue.

2. Once approved, securely package the item and include the original packing slip or a note with your order number and reason for return.

3. Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer service team using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

 

Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges will be processed and shipped as soon as the returned item is received and inspected.

If you prefer, we can issue a store credit instead of a refund, which can be used for a future purchase.


Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

Email us within 72 hours of delivery with photos showing the defect or issue.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label for you to send the item back.

Once received, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.


International Returns:

International customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, and taxes.

Refunds will be issued for the item price only, excluding shipping fees and customs charges.

 

Additional Notes:

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our criteria or show signs of wear or alteration.

Unauthorized returns may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
