Shipping policy

Orders are processed within (2) two business days excluding weekends and holidays.  Orders placed within the U.S. over $75 ships for free except our *Solid Gold Collection.  All other rates, including International rates, are calculated at checkout.  Shipping times does not include weekends.

*All Solid Gold Jewelry will be shipped insured via UPS or FedEx and will require an adult signature. Exact shipping costs will be determined based on destination and will be displayed at checkout.

CANCELLATIONS/EXCEPTIONS

Changed your mind? Contact us within 1 hour to cancel your order.  Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed.  We process orders as soon as they are received to get your jewelry in time. If you entered an incorrect address, please initiate a live chat or send us an email to contact@ringzandtingz.com so that we can do our best to assist you. Guarantees cannot be made.

DOMESTIC

Once your order has been processed, shipments are estimated to be delivered within 2-9 business days.

EXPRESS

Once your order has been processed, shipments are estimated to be delivered within 1-2 business days.    

INTERNATIONAL

Once your order has been processed, shipments are estimated to be delivered within 7-21 business days.

UNDELIVERABLE/MISSING ORDERS

Once your order has been processed; it will be shipped via the shipping method chosen at checkout; Once shipped, Ringz & Tingz is no longer responsible for the package, as it is now the responsibility of the carrier (USPS, UPS etc.). We are also not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
